Our Cat Grooming Process:

Cats require a gentle, precise approach to grooming. Our process is designed to prioritize comfort, safety, and skin/coat health while minimizing stress!

Step One - Prep, Nail Trim & Coat Care

We begin by trimming nails and performing a sanitary trim. If needed, we also provide deshedding/dematting to safely remove excess or matted fur. Haircuts for cats are offered only when appropriate, and we provide one grooming style: the Lion Cut. This is because cat hair is significantly softer & finer than dog hair, which makes simple "trims" impractical - the coat can easily appear uneven or choppy. The Lion Cut allows for a clean, intentional finish while keeping your cat comfortable and tangle free.

Step Two - Cat Wash & Cleanse

Cats are bathed using filtered water to help prevent hard water damage to skin+coat. Just like people, pets benefit from clean, gente water during bath time. We use high quality, cat safe shampoos and offer the following options: Regular Cat Shampoo, Fragrance Free Shampoo for Sensitive Skin, Flea/Tick Wash, Dandruff/Skin Soothing Shampoo and Deshedding Shampoo.

Step Three - Drying & Finishing Touches

After the bath, your cat is carefully dried and brushed. For cats receiving a Lion Cut, we complete the service with final detailing and finishing touches to ensure a neat, comfortable result.

Every cat is handled with patience and respect. We move at your cat's pace and adjust our approach to keep the experience as calm and stress free as possible.
